Klondike Derby – Quinapoxet

Saturday January 28, 2023 at TVSR west camp. Hosted by Quinapoxet District.
SCHEDULE:
- Patrol and Troop registration 8:00-8:45am at the West Lodge the day of the Klondike.
- Derby runs 9:00 am – 2:45pm
- Awards presentation and Closing Ceremony outside the West Lodge at 3:00pm
- Event ends 3:15 pm.
COST: $ 5.00 per Scout. Payment (cash or check) made in person on morning of event. Registration fee includes patch for each youth participant.
NOTE: Pre-registration is by unit only; no individual registrations permitted. There is no cost to preregister; payment for all attending Scouts is required on January 28th.
No charge for adults. Adults may purchase a participation patch for $ 3.00
PATCHES
There will be a patch design contest again this year. The contest is open to youth and adults. All designs must include the following items on the patch:
- Quinapoxet District
- Klondike Derby
- 2023
- A fleur-de-lis
- The name and unit affiliation of the designer on the reverse side of the submitted design.
All patch designs must be submitted to the registration table in the West Lodge by 8:45 am on the day of the Klondike Derby.
